Organize one round table with representatives from public institutions to discuss the findings of the Need Assessment Report for Transgender People and create synergies for further collaboration to improve trans people’s access in education, employment programmes, housing and health care. January-August 2026 4. Advocate for trans access to housing programs provided by the municipality of Tirana 5. Collaborate with National Agency of Employment and Skills to adopt measures that ensure young transgender people benefit from the Youth Guarantee Scheme (creating an internal list of trans friendly employers) 6. Continue the monitoring of the hormonal protocol implementation in Albania
